We are travelling from derby to Barnham broom in norfolk for a long weekend on friday and wondering if anyone has any ideas of a nice meal stop off point somewhere around peterborough / wisbech which we should hit around teatime? just something simple - don't mind a chain type pub place but a children's play area would be good.

Thanks

If you don't mind carrying on to Kings Lynn the brewsters pub/resturant on the saddlebow roundabout is good, it has a soft play area and i think it has an outdoor play area too.

The brewsters outdoor play area has gone now, but they still have the indoor one however they were very strict on height restrictions when we went so if your dc are very youndg they may not be able to play on much and the toddler area is very small. The food is ok though and worth stopping off for.
