Child friendly accomodation in Lake District???

Trying to book a midweek break for 3 (me, DH and DS 2.5).
Anyone recommend a nice cottage/hotel that is child friendly?

Yes there are some wonderful places listed on Away with the Kids website. They have all sorts covered from yurts hotels cottages with many more in between and you can rest assured if it appears on the website that it is truly child friendly. Hope you find it of interest. www.awaywiththekids.co.uk

Hi, we have stayed a number of times at www.southlakelandparks.co.uk which has caravans & lodges. Fallbarrow Park is within walking distance of Bowness and has a play area and access to a swimming pool at nearby site.
