Can anyone recommend a hotel in Bournemouth,please?

preferably near the pier.
We have 2 child free nights,booked for Sept,so just need to find somewhere nice to stay.

ah no, sorry just checked - it's in poole. But tis a marvellous place to do child-free.

Captains Club Hotel in Christchurch down the road. Much nicer than anything near the pier - sorry!

Hotel du vin does look very nice and Captains Club looks nice from the outside,but far too modern inside.Would really like something near the pier though.

Norfolk Royale...well that was what it used to be called,used to be great and a decent stroll to town centre and pier.
