theres a browns on the waterfront that is nice. and a lovely italian at the end of shopping area, near the old town - have eaten there with my girls but can't for the life of me remember what its called. Dom Bennis by the ice cream place is a nice italian too

a couple of other tips! - changing of the guard only happens on a tues and thurs now so don't promise your dcs that they will see it, just in case. also my dds like the crooked house tea rooms in the lane behind the town hall.

daniels also has a fab toy department of like me your home town only has argos for toys.

I'd suggest wagamama or la tasca in the central station. Both very child friendly and good choose of dishes.

around 11 usually. you'll see loads of people loitering around the castle entrance when its time.

guards timetable here - it's ususally every day except sunday in the summer months, but there are a few odd dates missing in June.
