where can me,dh and young ds's go this w/e in the south?

ds1 is 3 and ds2 is 6 months. Want somewhere within 2 hours of us (sussex) but for the kids? self catering, either a rental or hotel suite (so ds1 can sleep in interconnecting room) any ideas?

not haven etc as dh wouldnt stay there

would like a farm holiday type thing but they all seem to be in cornwall/devon

Don't know of any farm holidays in this neck of the woods, how about the New Forest

Haven't been myself but how about Suffolk.

Just bear in mind this weekend is the start of the school half term holiday, so I imagine everywhere will be quite busy.
