Hoseasons Parks - anywhere you have loved or hated - May half term holiday break

I am usually more a country cottage person but choose those cottages with pools and hopefully play areas etc.

Now we are family of 7 and choice is much harder and much more expensive so for May half term break am tentatively thinking of branching out to hoseasons or one similar. Trouble is the online brochure gives scant details and I'm scared it'll be smelly old caravans in a tired old park with rough co holidaymakers.

Has anyone tried hoseasons or similar and can recommend a park which is not too loud and rowdy and with nice accomodations?
