Need family accomodation, hotel, B&B or self catering around the Newbury/Basingstoke area fairly quickly!

I am going with DH, DS, and 1 grandparent to Kingsclere on the 24th April for 2 nights. I need a family room for me DH & DS and a single for Nanny and I need them fairly cheap! Please, any recommendations? Am happy to B&B, travelodge, self cater, whatever! So far all I can find is £38 a night for travelodge. Any other options in the area?
