luxury self catering cumbria/yorkshire?

does anyone know of a self catering cottage not more than an hour from the kendal area? it would be great to find somewhere with a shared pool but not vital. i have looked on babyfriendlyboltholes already but not found anything in the right area. not too far from kendal as we will be visiting sedbergh. thanks anyone

there are loads TBH - lakelovers, dalesholidaycottages, etc.

lazy fish is lovely with very friendly owners.We went last February.Has a hot tub which is a real treat on cold evenings.

We've been here a few times. It is a small holiday village with a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and restaurant. Highly recommended.

Langdale Hotel and Country Club near Ambleside. Lovely hotel which has regular offers (see their website) and luxury self catering lodges which range from £450 upwards depending on numbers of people.

You get alot for your money including a nice pool and on site facilities such as a couple of good restaurants and some sports facilities.

We go every year.
