Thinking of doing B&B in a large, ensuite room I have, with Kingsize bed, double sofa bed and Sky TV.

Would like to attract families and could offer babysitting service. Any ideas on things I could do to make stay great and what would be a fair price to charge?

find out what other places are charging nearby...I'd ahve thought £30-35 pppn with ensuite. Have you thought about going down the local, organic fair trade route. that is something I look for in a BandB and will pay more for.

what about evening meals? are there restaurants close by or would you do them?

I think legally you need food hygiene cert and to be inspected...may need fore doors etc. not too sure on this point.
