London, this weekend - is it mad or not?

If the trains are still running will we be able to do anything when we get there or has all transport stopped?

London is mostly fine now and barring any more snow will be back to normal by the weekend. ALl the shops on Oxford street were open even on Monday...

it's getting to the shops that bothers me - more snow was forecast. Still I guess if the trains run to London (which may be doubtful) we'll still go as the tickets aren't refundable.
