CAN YOU RECOMMEND family friendly hotel within 90mins of London

We need somewhere special with a pool where my parents can spend a night or two, and the rest of the family - that is 10 adults and 6 children all under 3 - can join them for a relaxed lunch. Got to be within a 90min drive of London - know anywhere?
