Going away for one night only for birthday - need baby friendly hotel within 2 hours drive from Chester

Any recommendations? It's my birthday and DP birthday combined treat. Can't leave DD (4months) so would like to find a nice hotel with a good restaurant so we can leave DD in room and use listening service (or even a hotel that has baby sitters).
Would be nice to go for a long walk the next day, so in the country would be perfect. Any ideas?

why not go for something in the Lancaster area? lots of walks around there, and we have stayed in hotels up there with dc - need to borrow dh's memory which is considerably better than mine on this one.
Alternatively, York - or is that too similar if home is chester
