HAVEN Seashore in Gt Yarmouth- anyone been?

We're thinking of doing a 4 night break at Haven Seashore Gt Yarmouth in March. We usually go to Centreparcs but just fancy a change (and obv it's much cheaper!) we have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old sons who just want to have a pool and a playground really. ANyone been to Seashore before? What's it like? We would prob just use it as a base to explore the area.

Very familiar with the general area, but not with seashore.
Lots to do.

Pleasure Beach is obvious.
Sea Life Centre.
Wax museum.
Kessingland Wildlife park, 30 ish min drive.
Banham zoo.
Lots of amusements, rides, candy floss and chips.
I think there is a Wacky warehouse in Yarmouth too.

Gt Yarmouth is a dive tbh but you can venture further afield as per Goober's suggestions
