I had a panic attack last time I took the tube in the morning so am considering a taxi. I have an hour and a half to get there though...what time does the rush stop?

The rush never stops in Central London. Sorry. I think a hour would be plenty of time though - I'd guess it would take about 35-40 mins. No idea of price though possiblely £12 -£18 quid those meters tick up quite quickly

It's a 30 - 45 minute walk, if that interests you.

You can take the no 91 bus right from St Pancras to Trafalgar Square, which is a very short walk to Westminster.

I reckon all in it would take 45 - 50 mins.

Thanks...that's really useful. I don't mind walking or busing

Have a look at www.walkit.com

With 90 minutes and decent weather, I would be inclined to walk from St Pancras to Waterloo. It would be a very interesting walk, through iconic parts of London.

What a great website! Thanks! It's only a couple of miles. I'll enjoy that so long as the weather is ok!
