Can anyone explain simply how best to use the Spa at AquaSana.
I understand that it is best to warm up gradually, but I can not work out which of the various saunas is low, med, high etc.
I'm at Longleat, so they have:
Greek Herbal Bath
Indian Blossom Steam Room
Japanese Salt Room
Laconium
Turkish Hammam
Tyrolean Sauna
Finnish Sauna
Balinese Multi-Steam Room
Then there are the things like:
Aqua Mediation Room
Ice Fountain
Zen Garden
Footbaths
Spa Pool
So, please help a Spa novice by giving me info regarding what to start with and how to progress around the various facilities.
