We're off to Park Resorts Camber Sands in September (thanks to The Sun cheap hols) and just planning ahead in case it's too wet/cold for the beach... what's good to do nearby with 18mo?

not a lot around unless you have a car. can't remember if thats the camp where I stayed last year with my then 3 year old son, but luckily it was sunny all week in september we were there, he preferred the swimming pool to the sea so spent ages in there and on the go karts in camp, but along the coast is a sealife aquarium and a bit further afield is an old stream railway and a bit on from that, a zoo

The aquarium and the caves at Hastings.
Clambers (indoor play park) also hastings.
Battle museum of shops. Rye has a nice swimming pool. Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch railway.

Have a fun holiday!

We will have car so can reasonably travel about 1/2hr in any direction before DS gets fractious!

Ooh, I think I have a Tesco voucher for half-price entry at the aquarium...
