And this is our first proper holiday to cornwall ever - am so pi*d off.

Oh dear - can't resist feeling rather smug though as am off to sunny tuscany tomorrow - mind you am cleaning house at mo cause in laws are having it whilst we are away so don;t feel in the best of moods today!

Cornwall has it's own seperate climate so you may be alright!

unfortunatley a 'summer' isnt guarenteed anymore in this country.

We had our daughters baptism at the weekend waiting the few months til August as at least we knew it would be nice.

We had to have a gazebo, it was pissing down.

I'm going camping next weekend and meeting lovely people from lovely holiday in lovely SUNNY Greece!!

They are staying at the family farm nearby...we are in a tent. I will look something the cat has chewed and spit out.

Why oh why can't we have the summers of my childhood?

what is eveyone doing with their washing?
our house is like a wash house.
there are piles of wet stuff everywhere.
i refuse to tumble dry jeans as each pair will burn a planet sized hole in the ozone layer

Oh lor'.

That will be a wet and windswept 10 days in Donegal for me, then. Not for the first time .

Arghh!! Noo! Our driveway being done in a week or so and the back garden, which has been delayed three weeks already, is due to start on mon!! No rain!!!

I'm off to florida on Sunday.

I smply refuse to believe it, fingers in ears, la la la..

We're off the the seaside for a week and the weather is going to be lovely.
