What about Malmaison in Oxford? Hang on

WideWebWitch · 05/08/2008 17:07

here although used to be a prison and haven't been there partly for that reason!

WideWebWitch · 05/08/2008 17:08

I do fancy hotel du vin in Henley.

JackieNo · 05/08/2008 17:11

Le Manoir has rooms, I believe...

WideWebWitch · 05/08/2008 17:13

We rang Le Manoir for late availability back in May and they did have a room for the following night, and could do it for us at a mere £925

JackieNo · 05/08/2008 17:13

Bargain

MrsWeasley · 05/08/2008 17:14

here

Burlington comes out #1 on tripadvisor none of this much help mind you as is not personal recommendation, sorry.

hatwoman · 05/08/2008 17:15

le manoir rooms all booked. which I kind of sighed with relief at. they're just a little on the pricey side...

overall I'm not panicking now. have managed to book lunch there on said day so the worst that can happen is I don;t drink and have to drive us back. would be really nice to find a pub in teh same village

Stay in the rooms at Le Manoir. For the price of a leg, you can sleep in absolute luxury and comfort after stuffing yourself silly. The rooms are loverly

hatwoman · 05/08/2008 17:48

q - they're full. we did it once before and I agree they are really lovely
