swimming pools - new forest/ southampton area

Could anyone recommend any decent indoor pools in this area - we're staying near lymington soon and am just thinking if the weather is not too good, a trip to a pool (obv for families) would be a good back up plan!

hiya you have the quays in soton, it next to the de vere hotel near west quay, it has a couple of slides, a small rapid bit and a toddler part. is very good. or the rapids in romsey which is a much the same. hope that helps. xxx
