LIVERPOOL MUMS.....need a hotel near to the echo

going to a concert next month at the echo, i beleive its near to the docks, can anyone recommend a hotel thats not too expensive?

There's loads - the Crowne Plaza, Radisson, Thistle, Malmaison, Atlantic Tower, there's a Premier Travel Inn and a Holiday Inn at the Albert Dock.

There's a Campanile as well that might be more of a 'budget' one.

Ibis (has a reputation for being a bit of a knocking shop but otherwise OK). If you are going to be hammered and literally want a bed and aren't bothered about en-suite, there's Formule 1, but it's pretty grim IME.
