Sky garden or horizon 22?

Any thoughts on which to choose? I’m planning a surprise family weekend and looking for a wow factor -happy to buy drinks food etc at the venue to get the best experience- will be me snd DH plus 4 young adults. Any advice welcome!

Horizon is higher if that makes a difference. I like Sky Garden though.

Aqua at the Shard is pretty special - Horizon22 is more a viewing gallery I think? Unless they run events it’s more of a have a wander and a cafe in the corner.
