Parking suggestions please for Manchester Opera House from the M56 tomorrow

Any ideas for easy to get to, and not too(!) expensive parking for somewhere walkable to the Opera House Manchester for tomorrow please.

We have tickets for the 2.30 show and would be looking to be in the area for an hour or two before the show.

I'd hoped to park and ride it, but there seem to be works on the tramways.

We're coming in from N Wales direction M56.

Great Northern Warehouse is convenient but expensive. Or check out Parkopedia for other options

Hulme street car park, M1 5GL

Not even a 5 min walk to.theatre and 2 mins on to mancunian way for motorway access. Not too badly priced either, I use it for parking for theatre and gigs. In a built up area and no fencing etc so open space and feels safe.
