Visiting Bath with a baby: Longleat and other nearby recommendations?

DH and I will be visiting Bath later this year with our baby. We were looking at maybe visiting Longleat Safari Park whilst in the area.
Are there any other must-sees/dos that you would recommend? Thanks!

A friend and I visited Bath at the weekend.

SUCH a lovely place.

We had no kids with us , but.....
The bus tour was good (you pay and get 2 bus trips - an outer and an inner route) you pass Jane Austen's house and the audio guide is a good one (interactive and fun ) you also see some of the locations from Bridgerton .

We also walked up to the Royal Crescent (large open spaces for walking ) and I would recommend this too.

My friend booked us a Thermae spa session (no kids allowed though - maybe some child free mum time ) or the Roman baths is an option .

There was a market on on the Saturday - very quirky stuff (near Waitrose)
Lots of independent shops and eating places as well.

River walks too.

Enjoy. I will go back !

There is a massive kids play park on the open top bus route. Tbh it’s not a brilliant city for very little ones, but loads to do if your little one is ok going wherever you do. The American museum is nice, and you can walk the skyline, or along the canal.

There are plenty of suitable things to see in Bath itself! The Roman Baths are baby/pram friendly. Royal Victoria Park in the centre is really lovely and walkable. Do an open top bus ride or a river cruise from Pulteney Bridge. Sally Lunn's Kitchen Museum is worth a visit and don't forget the glorious Bath Abbey.
