Marylebone is pricey.
Durrant's is in that price range and reviews seem decent.
See what you think.

Not sure it it’s in budget but The Landmark London is right next to Marylebone station, has quiet rooms and a pool. It’s lovely,

The Hub if not too basic for you

Holmes Hotel is good, ask for a quiet room.

I was going to say the Landmark. It is a lovely hotel. Very convenient for Marylebone.

I stayed relatively recently at the Americana on Gloucester Place. Very quiet, close to Marylebone Station, and within your budget, I think.
