Safe hotel recommendations near the Guildhall in Bath for solo stay

I'm looking for recommendations for a hotel near Guildhall in Bath? I'll be staying on my own so looking for something with safety in mind (ok area when returning at night, and the hotel itself to feel safe) Thanks in advance!

The Queensberry is lovely. Not too big so no long corridors and not the sort of place you get stag parties etc staying.

I doubt that there are any "unsafe" areas for a competent adult, tbh.

There’s nowhere particularly unsafe in central Bath really so anywhere in budget should be fine

What would you expect to happen in a hotel in Bath which might make you feel unsafe?

Premier Inn, city centre is your best bet. It’s a ten minute walk via the main central bit.
