Skegness - suggestions for accessible and dog friendly places to go

DH now has to use a wheelchair, and we've decided to take a short break, with the dog as well, in Skegness.

The weather forecast is for rain - any suggestions of places to go that are both accessible to a wheelchair user, and which are also dog friendly?

Natureland Seal Sanctuary - we were surprised to find it was dog friendly! Fairly sure would be fine for wheelchair as well. We had a very enjoyable visit there. Great talks about the seals and some really funny characters (they aalso have goats and penguins)

Apparently the aquarium is dog and wheelchair friendly too.
