Travelling from Yorkshire to London by train early June for 2 night trip. Will arrive into Kings Cross. Where have you stayed that’s reasonable (I know it’s subjective!!) but somewhere clean, safe and accessible to more central London. Not looking for hotel with fancy restaurant/spa etc just need a good sleep. Happy to get tube etc to get around rather than pay silly central London accommodation prices. I have seen posts in the past where people have genius ideas about staying on a specific route into London, avoiding the centre but still accessible. Obviously cannot find any of those posts now I need them!! 🤦♀️🤣 Help me out folks!!
