4 bedroom lodge or cottage help

I am looking to take 3 friends away for a couple of nights ideally in a lodge or cottage come air b and b type place. I don’t want any of us to have to share but looking online when you jump from a 3 bed to a 4 bed the prices become eye watering.

Ideally the preference would be Scotland or northern England. Has anyone got any suggestions? I’d even be open to two places, next door to each other for the bedroom space. We want to go in March and be within walking distance of a town for a pub and a decent walk. 3 of us like shopping but the other hates it so ideally not a city centre but would consider it if there was a good option.

So far I have found a place in Anstruther on the Fife coast and some caravan come holiday parks for 2 vans next to each other but I am not entirely sold on either option just yet. Budget under £1k for the 4 of us, closer to £750 if possible for 2 nights.

I think there's a big gap in the market for this kind of place! I'm looking for one for three individuals. Happy to share a bathroom, but don't want to share a bedroom. Would be good if someone came up with this type of property, even if the bedrooms are tiny!

Thank you. That website has given some extra options so will take time today to have a proper look. Thanks for the Edinburgh link. That sort of location would have been ideal of 3 out of the 4 of us weren’t from Edinburgh - that said we aren’t there for shopping, it’s just to chill and have a proper catch up.

There is nice looking 4 bed lodge in Blairgowrie that might work.
