New Year break with child and dog?

Hallo and hope you've all had a lovely Christmas!

Appreciate I've left it really late, but fancy a night or two away for New Year with our 13 year old and dog. Ideally somewhere with some festivities - music, food, etc perhaps - that child and dog would be allowed to attend. Does anybody know of anything that may still have availability?

Perhaps it doesn't even exist!

What sort of break? Rural, coastal, remote, town, pubs? How far do you want to travel? We like Looe, Cornwall

As in anything from hundreds to 9k if needed. Obviously we'd far rather go at the cheaper end really since it's a last min break not one of our main holidays. But the option is there for the right thing. Thinking holiday park or country hotel type breaks and I've seen plenty still with places and well within budget...but most that I'm finding are either adult only or wouldn't allow dogs too which is the part I'm asking for inspiration on.

Open to all options, but the critical part is that accommodation and specific new year entertainment are in the same place eg not just looking for a few random days away - it's specifically a New Year break, otherwise we'd just stay home.

The Luxury Family Hotels group have what you're after. You could see if one of them has availability.

Coolstays.com always have nice options and if you are willing to spend a bit of money I bet you could find something nice.
