Christmas gift - recommendations for a hotel voucher for couple with a baby

Looking for recommendations for a hotel, most likely in the south of England but other areas considered, with good quality family facilities. It would be good if they sell gift vouchers, but it is not a deal breaker if they don’t.

What sort of budget?

For high end I’d probably go for Moonfleet Manor.
