Hi all, looking for a hotel for my partner and I to spend 24th-27th December at, Christmas dinner included at the least but I've found a few with packages of meals and entertainment across the three days.
Never done anything like this before so wondering if anyone has any recommendations specifically of this type of break. Ideally a country type hotel somewhere we can go for walks etc.
We've had a bumpy year with family things and not done a Christmas just the two of us before, but want to make this a positive new experience and still feel some festive magic, not be conscious that it's 'quiet'.
For ref we're late 30s and happy to travel wherever, ideally total budget under £1000.
Alternatively could consider somewhere to go for Christmas meals and find a nice Airbnb, but would rather not spend days researching different places.
