Where to park for Leeds First Direct Arena - advice please

We are not local to the area and are going to see Five on Saturday. I’ve been warned the car park opposite the arena is rammed and impossible to get out of after events.

Anyone able to offer alternative spots to get out quick? Don’t mind walking 15 mins or so.

There’s plenty of huge car parks within a 15 minute walk. I’d park at Trinity Car Park and walk over from there personally. Or have a look at the park and rides but I’ve never needed to get the bus as far as the arena or as late at 11pm so not sure how useful they would be.

You could use the park and ride to get into the centre and then a taxi back out to pick up your car later. It means finding a taxi though…
