Where to stay in Cromer and also Bury St Edmonds

am planning a solo jaunt and fancy the Norfolk coast for a couple of days and then bimbling round the Bury St E neck of the woods for a couple of days. Any recommendations on good places to stay. I don’t want to spend a fortune but perhaps would like nicer than a Premier Inn. Many thanks.

The Angel Hotel in Bury is nice and very central if you fancy treating yourself

Tuddenham Mill is really nice. It’s not actually in Bury but close, and easy to visit Newmarket and Cambridge too.

Depends on budget- Stay in the premier inn near the old police station/ cathedral, great breakfast, can walk everywhere as you are right on the edge of the medieval grid and I’m sure that will leave you with lots more spending money than the albeit stunning Angel hotel

Thank you all. Ive booked somwhere in Sheringham for a couple of nights and The Saints country club for Bury St E for a couple of nights. The Premier Inn was expensive!
