Weekend break with DH and DS18 - golf and spa

I’m looking for a 4 star hotel for a couple of nights, with a nice spa but also golf course (or course nearby). However, we would ideally like a reasonable-priced room that can accommodate sleeping arrangements for three adults but with some degree of privacy (maybe suite with sofabed in the lounge area?).

Any suggestions?! Would forgo the spa if
the hotel is in a great location with things for me to do while DS and DH are playing golf.

We live Near East Sussex national golf course - and it has an amazing golf course, nice spa etc and is very, very reasonably priced. Not far from Tunbridge wells / Crawley to give you a rough location.

I don't know about the interconnecting or 3 person room, but Seckford Hall in Woodbridge has a golf course plus an amazing spa. Loads to do locally as well
