Hello mumsnetters, is anyone able to please recommend anywhere that matches this criteria? It’s my husband's bday and I want to treat him to a last min trip and cannot find anywhere!
We live in London and have two very young children to ideally somewhere within a 2 hour drive.
Somewhere that has access to lots of things to do - eg eateries but feels quite remote. Would love a treehouse in the Forrest or somewhere that is really relaxing - like a waterfront view.
Budget for accommodation is around £600 max for two nights, and looking to go this month so hoping for last min booking.
We’ve been to New Forrest, Dorset previously and loved these areas but equally open to trying something new.
