Christmas Afternoon Tea

Any recommendations for somewhere special to have afternoon tea in central London during the week of Christmas? Family of 7 ranging in age from 10 to 75, some are vegetarian and vegan. Thank you!!

The Library at County Hall do an amazing Christmas afternoon tea with or without unlimited bubbles!!
