Luxury hotel, apartment or glamping in Lakes!

Stopping off on our way to visit family in Scotland, would love a swish experience in the Lakes for a few nights but there’s so many places, it’s hard to know where to start! Has anyone stayed anywhere lovely that they can recommend? Staying with 2 teens

What is your budget, OP?

Fairly flexible as it’s just 1 night, happy to pay more for something special but equally happy to do camping in a lovely spot

The Quiet Site has pods and Hobbit holes to stay in and there’s a games room with pool, table football, air hockey etc…

I also stayed in The Lakes Hotel and Spa, in one of the hot tub rooms. I’d recommend there also.

We stayed in an apartment owned by Beck and Tarn - the ones in central Keswick. Great location, beautifully furnished, very comfortable.
