Very boring I know….DS2 has a meeting in Dulwich next month.
He plans to travel down the night before and we are looking for either a hotel in Dulwich ( not expensive) or a budget hotel ie premier inn/ travelodge that’s easy to get to via tube/train.

The crown & greyhound pub in Dulwich village has rooms upstairs which are supposed to be lovely. Nice pub and decent food if required!

The nearest travel lodge is Peckham I would think which has several buses to Dulwich but staying in the village will be much nicer. Dulwich does not have a tube.

You might want to go further out - Bromley is on the same train line as West Dulwich and has various hotel options.

Thanks all

Lewisham premier inn?

The transport links to parts of Dulwich can be patchy (a lot of Lordship Lane is primarily accessible by bus) and West Dulwich/East Dulwich are both on completely different train lines.

Where in Dulwich does he need to be?

LoudSnoringDog · 12/08/2025 21:49

West Dulwich is where he needs to be

I came on to say the Crown and Greyhound. Right in the middle of Dulwich, nice rooms and not that pricey. Mid week is between 120 and 150 a night and a lovely area

Premier Inn Brixton - n.3 bus or train (2 stops) to west Dulwich.
