We are supposed to going away for 4 nights with family tomorrow but the host went unresponsive and even Vrbo couldn't get hold of them. So they cancelled the booking and said we'd be refunded.
Their rebooking team is supposed to contact us with another place to stay but we have heard nothing from them. I keep calling but get told "rebooking will call you". I have not told my parents yet as they would be so upset. It was booked in January.
Has anyone had Vrbo rebook something in similar circumstances?
