UK holiday with 8 month old

Hello, we are looking to book a last minute break with our 8 month old. We are considering Haven but this is coming in as £550 for 4 nights which still seems quite pricey.

can anyone recommend anywhere similar or is Haven worth it for that price? It’s the Hafan y mor site we are looking at.

I have no advice I’m afraid but we’re in the same boat so bumping for you. Really can’t decide whether it would be worth the cash or whether it would just be stressful all round at this age!

Have a look for a proper house or cottage, they're often cheaper than caravans and have more space / better equipped / insulated / noise protected etc. I think sites like Haven are only worth the money if you want to use the other facilities on the site such as pool, bar, entertainment etc.

Hafan y mor is a good site well friends with a 6 year old loved it. The local area is fantastic. I suspect many people never leave the site though.

Have a look at this site as quite often you can get a caravan on a Haven site cheaper, we go one in Ayr far cheaper than via Haven.
