Spa recommendations with outdoor space SE/SW

Looking for a lovely spa that feels very special for a day trip in summer (will be midweek but over summer holidays).
Ideally somewhere with outdoor spaces that doesn't get too busy, we're in Oxfordshire and want to travel max 2 hours and pay max £300.

Looked at Aqua Sana but reviews are actually not that glowing and report that it's hugely busy at times!

Cottonmill at Sopwell St Albans is lovely outside - pricy but you might be ok with your budget

Lucknam Park, just north of Bath is lovely, as is Bowood which is East of Bath. Just south is also Hpmewood which I have heard lovely things about...

Bowood and calcot are within your budget I believe

Ardencote has a great outdoor pool and large hot pool as well.
