Holiday park in England/Wales with 12 year old

We have stayed at Bluestone quite a few time and loved it, but as DS will be 12 when we go we feel we have outgrown it, we have also stayed at Away resort Bembridge (Isle of wight) and I didn't like it (lodge was grubby, noisy, pool was grim), so we are looking for somewhere similar that has nice clean lodges/caravans, a pool and near a beach, ideally with somewhere nice to eat if we have a night off cooking, not bothered by 'entertainment' as we'd never use it. We are in the Midlands so anywhere in England or Wales would be suitable, probably looking for 3-4 night at the end of the summer holidays.

What about one of the Hoburne sites.

Not near a beach but loved Whitemead in Gloucestershire. Or Ruda in Croyde

Ribby Hall Village near Lytham St. Anne's. I saw it recommended on here a while ago as a cheaper version of Center Parcs. I'm going later this year, so can't review it from direct experience yet but it looks excellent and we're looking forward to it, lots of activities to suit all of us (2 adults, and 10 and 8 year old kids).
