Does anyone know if we need to notorise the consent letter to travel with my 15 years old daughter to Spain? She is British and has European Passport as well.

I have notarised documents for my daughter, went to Majorca and forgot to bring them! Both passport controls on holiday never asked to see any documents even though she has a different surname.

I've only ever been asked for documents at Leeds Bradford! But they didn't need to be notarised.

However I would get them done, it isn't worth the risk of ruining a holiday.

My notaries see documents are for a specific holiday she went on, I would advise if you did get them done you ask for the letter to be more general so they can be reused.
