I am having a nightmare experience with Expedia!
I attempted to book some flights last night and their website kept crashing so I gave up and booked elsewhere. This morning I find I have been billed for 1 flight (not even the return I was trying to book! So I'd be stranded anyway) by easyJet. It must have come from Expedia as I wasn't on the easyJet website. However I have NOTHING from Expedia - no confirmation, no itinerary number, nothing. Because I lack all of these details I cannot get past the robots to cancel this useless flight!
Has anyone got any ideas?? I have 24 hours to cancel. I've emailed easyJet and Expedia, but I'm not confident the Expedia email is to the right place. I booked with debit, not credit card, which I sorely regret. My bank (robot) says I need to speak to the merchant.
