is there a thomas the tank steam train in Cambridge area?

We are travelling to UK in August. We have a couple of boys who are mad about thomas (including a special needs 18 year old!!) We would love to surprise them with a trip on Thomas or Annabeletc. We are in London for a few days and then heading off to to Cambridge to explore. any other suggestions about what to do would be terrific.

Not quite Cambridge, but the Nene Vally railways has him quite a bit, I think

There aren't any preserved railways very near Cambridge, but there is a Thomas weekend at the Nene Valley railway in Peterborough at the beginning of August - it is about 40 miles from Cambridge.
