Someone mentioned a Swallows & Amazons Sailing holiday, but I can't find it?

There is a Swallows and Amazons society which does weekends etc. My sister and partner went on a camping weekend with them. You could try that. It has a junior section - the TARS or similar.

No, the weekend my sister went to was at Hay on Wye. Hardly a sailing mecca.

YHA do sailing holidays for children I think, based at Ambleside.
