Baby Friendly Restaurants Central London?

I'm meeting a friend and her 6 month old baby in London for a day out and trying to find a suitable restaurant to book for the three of us to have lunch. We will mainly be around the very centre e.g Soho, Covent Garden areas, as will be visiting the National Gallery. Does anyone have a recommendation? I would so appreciate suggestions as have never had to think about places suitable for when with a baby before. I guess ideally I wouldn't want it to be anywhere too busy or cramped, and with friendly staff who will be accommodating. Thanks in advance!

Watching with interest to compile a list of Places to Avoid!

What a horrible and unnecessary first response!

@ReadLotsAndSmile do you like Indian food? There's a Dishoom in Coventry Garden which is generally very child friendly. I can't remember the layout of this particular one, so might be worth ringing to check about stairs/space for buggy

The restaurant in the national gallery is quite nice OP. Why not stay there?

Good idea, thank you. I've been to other Dishoom's before and they're always lovely. I can definitely call and ask about access.

I had not even considered this but that would be a very easy option, thank you for the suggestion! I will look into it.
