Which is the best one please?
Never stayed in one , but is there much difference between the standard and premier rooms?
Thank you.

The city centre ones are all good. The Albert Dock one has brick detail in the rooms which makes it different. We are from Liverpool so haven't stayed in pi there but have stayed in numerous around the country. Find them clean and comfy, especially for family travel. Family rooms are normally in quieter parts of the hotel.
The premier rooms have a coffee machine and better shower, WiFi etc. Stayed in one once but tbh we would book standard as don't tend to spend much time in the room and the beds were the same in each.

We stayed in the Moorfields one. Was fine. Alfred Dock maybe seemed a little out of the main centre.

Look at the Hope Street Hotel too. It was cheaper than the PI on a Sunday night and very very nice :)

I stayed in the Liverpool City Centre one recently, clean room and friendly staff.

The Albert Dock one is a bit different, interesting building.

Premier Inns are quiet, clean, staff are generally well trained and helpful and the breakfasts are good. Though the buffet can be a bit of a zoo in half term. We often find a cafe instead.

But yes they are expensive these days and it's worth checking out places like hope street hotel or melia.

You can't go wrong with a Premier inn. Alber Dock Liverpool is nice due to its location

RaspberryRipple2 · 22/10/2024 08:12

Recommend the Albert Dock one, it’s in one of the historic dock buildings so at least some of the rooms are huge and have somewhat random shapes - very interesting. Liverpool is a small city so short walk away from anything, it’s very close to Liverpool One and next to The Beatles Story and some of the museums, lots of bars/restaurants.

ChicBalonz · 22/10/2024 08:21

We found the one on the docks really noisy! The building was lovely though very quirky.

Choose any that have air con, if it doesn’t have air con choose another.

@Favouritefruits thanks, it’s in the summer.

is Liverpool hot in the "British Summer"?

Premier Inns are mostly uniform eta; rooms not much different to each other so would save your disposable for spends. 🙂

Choose the one that's closest and within walking distance to the area you'll be visiting?

@Ifailed Is this the Liverpool One one?

Edited

Yep.

The premier rooms are nicer certainly in the older Premier Inns (where some of the standard rooms can sometimes be a bit tired), but if you aren't going to be in the room much and there is a big difference in price I wouldn't bother.

The Liverpool ONe Premier Inn is quite new so any of the rooms should be fine.

Thank you all very much everyone.Liverpool One has parking 🅿️ and air conditioning so is the winner.
