Can anyone recommend a Lake District lodge?

We’re looking for something that:
Is dog friendly
Has a hot tub
Overlooks a lake
Has 2 bathrooms, preferably one en suite

We would also like both bedrooms to be double rooms but that’s not essential

Sharing the cost with another couple so don’t mind pushing the boat out a bit, don’t mind paying extra for a 3 bed, actually think we might have to to get 2 bathrooms

Lodges at Thanet Well Lodge retreat are lovely. They don't over look a lake but they do overlook mountains.

Bassenthwaite Lakeside Lodges are lovely, have stayed there more times than I can remember! Right on the edge of the lake, very peaceful setting, and lots have hot tubs.
