Lovely hotel needed near Oxford/Bicester please?

I'm very lucky and have the offer of a night away while my family look after the dd's. They are in Oxford so I was thinking a day shopping at Bicester followed by a really child unfriendly pub or hotel for a good meal and suitably romantic night! Any suggestions gratefully received??

how much do you have to spend (roughly?)

We haven't had a night away without our children for 7 years so whatever it takes!!

not in bicester but not far we have been a few times and it is a lovely place.

If you have the budget, Le Manoir is lovely. It is expnsive, though.
